Product Description
Ultrasonic sensors are not in contact with the measured liquid, and they can measure a variety of materials, such as water, fuel, strong acid and alkali.
The self-contained display screen makes it easy to read and interpret the measurement results. It can automatically control the water pump, and the maximum AC pump can be 16A/2.5KW. When the water level reaches the set low alarm level, the display will give an alarm and start the water pump to add water to the water tank. When the water level reaches full level, the display screen gives an alarm and stops the water pump.
Working Principle
Ultrasonic Level Sensor, As shown in Picture below, the ultrasonic sensor Tx transmits ultrasonic waves reflected after
encountering an obstacle received by the ultrasonic sensor Rx calculates the distance d of the obstacle according to
Time-Of-Flight (TOF):d = (C x t)/2
Installation
MOUNT THE SENSOR ON THE TANK
The sensor should be in the middle of the tank and not on a liquid inlet. This can falsify the measurement result. Please refer to the following pictures for the best installation positions. The hole should be 72mm.
